at a glance
Samyar is derived from the Real-Time Integrated Assessment and Management System for Events, and the purpose of creating this system is intelligent traffic monitoring, detection of traffic parameters, automated accident detection, and emergency status notification.
The intelligent Samyar system is one of the solutions in smart traffic, introduced by experts from the Connect Group at Sharif University of Technology in 1394 (2015). It offers various capabilities to city managers and monitoring officials.
Given that traffic management and raising awareness are crucial concerns for city authorities, and considering that the Samyar system has the capability to cover a vast array of cameras for accident detection and traffic events, it holds significant importance for traffic control and vehicle movements.
To provide a better understanding of this system, a video has been provided, demonstrating the detection of vehicle counts along with their speeds.”
